    I ordered two of these umbrellas and had to return both. They were so poorly constructed from the frog’s smile not connecting at the seam to cheap, flimsy wires and torn fabric inside. I purchased five similar children’s umbrellas from another manufacturer, and these were perfect. Now, I am waiting for my account to be credited. Tracking shows that the return was received a week ago!

    The metal shaft of the umbrella had been cut in two horizontally, about half way up. The handle piece was just lying loose in the box. Obviously there was zero quality control involved in preparing this item for shipping.
