> 3 dayTrying to open this umbrella is impossible for an older person and a child. Something is made or assembled incorrectly. I would not recommend

> 3 dayWell made, sturdy, great for my 7 year old. It keeps the rain off of her and I dont have to worry about her eyes getting poked. Also, super cute as described.

> 3 dayThis is adorable; the handle is a little ballerina sleeper. My little girls felt in love with it. Just not for too little ones because the automatic opener can be hard for the smaller ones. My baby is 6 years old and she is just strong enough but I am not sure if last year she could have open it and close it. Other than that is the perfect little umbrella for all our little princesses out there... And the service was good too

> 3 dayThis umbrella is really cute and a great size for our 5 year old daughter. The reason I took off two stars is because the part you slide up and down to open, seems very cheaply made and is sometimes difficult to slide to the open position and it stay there. And this is me opening and closing it. I thought about returning the item but my daughter really loves it. But at the same time I get nervous its gonna break every time I try and open it.

> 3 dayMy daughter loves this! Shes a pretty big 3-year-old, and this is the perfect size for her. She looked at all the designs and chose the ballet, and has been happy with it. Havent had any problems with it, and shes used it quite a bit already.

> 3 dayVery pretty. Havent used it yet but seems sturdy. Strong handle so far, which is important when your child does a lot of impromptu dance numbers involving umbrellas or canes or peg legs.

> 3 dayIm giving this 4 stars because its adorable and sturdy. However, I think the open and close mechanism could be a little easier for kids. My daughter tried and pinched her fingers, so now I have to do it for her.
