This saved us during an 11-hour road trip for Thanksgiving! My 5-year-old daughter used it with her coloring books, to eat snacks, and to watch her Kindle Fire. I was worried that the drawing surface would be flimsy, but it isnt. She had no complaints (and shes 5, so shes usually full of complaints). It was easy to adjust to the right height, it was sturdy, and it stayed put for the whole trip. One tip: If youre going to be using this zipped up with a Kindle or iPad slipped into the clear outside cover, make sure you poke a hole somewhere in the side of the PVC so you can slip the headphone cable through. It says to do this in the product description, but I didnt notice until it was too late and we were already on the highway. My daughter tried watching a movie with the headphones sticking out of the top, but the cable was annoying her this way, so we ended up just unzipping, putting the lap desk back down, and standing her Kindle up on that. This worked fine until we stopped and I was able to poke a hole. The only negative I can think of (which doesnt warrant losing any stars because its just my personal preference) is the colors. I prefer car accessories to be black or grey so they match the interior of the car and dont look so kid-like. There are tons of backseat organizers in dark, neutral colors, but none of them had the exact design/features as this product. If I couldve found a similar product in all black, I wouldve bought that instead. All-in-all, this product made our drive so much easier and Im very happy I bought it. It is now on my list of road trip essentials!

My child loves his car organizer. He used it for coloring, reading, legos and games on our very long car trip. I have never written a review before, but this is a great product and the company is easy to work with and stands by their product. The first time we went to use our car organizer, the carrying handle detached from the organizer. I didnt realize amazon had a short time limit on returns and was outside the return time by the time I contacted the company. I emailed the company and they replaced the product no problem. Plus, they were very prompt in all of their correspondence and in mailing us a new organizer. Our new organizer has no problems. I will be ordering another one when my youngest is old enough to use this.

Works great for activities for traveling, the only problem is when you pack it full of fun things its quite heavy for a 6 yr old! Not too bad of a problem to have though :) He loved it.

This product is made well and held all the items we put in it great. It would work best for a child in a booster. Our daughter is still in a 5 point harness so she couldnt reach it as well. We will be saving it for when she grows into her booster.

I originally purchased these for my 2 and 5 year olds. We spent a great deal of time in the car driving to school and home. The product is okay. Its difficult for my almost 3 year old to reach and it causes distractions in the car when she needs help. In addition, the zipper can get stuck on the bottom, requiring two hands which is impossible when driving. I wish the tray was covered in something removable so it could be washed in a machine. Overall the product is okay, itll take a while for my youngest to grow into.

I originally bought something from Walmart that I thought would work for my 4 year old son and it was horrible. You couldnt use it to color or play with and a waste of 12$. I saw this floating through my feed on Facebook and clicked and then went to Amazon and ordered this. We drive 6 and a half hours to go visit my husband every three weeks where he is working and 6 and a half hours back. My son loves this. Uses it to color on as well as play with his cars in the car. And he stores his kindle in it. Definitely a must have if you go on long trips.

I bought this to make long trips easier. I give it an 8.5/10 only because the seats in my pacifica dont work perfectly with it. I wish it had a strap to secure it to the seat and not just the head rest. However, my kids love it and it gives them a great, and surprising sturdy, tray with storage pockets.

We gave this to our 4 1/2 yr old granddaughter & she loves it! The only problem is they cant leave it hanging at all times because the car seat takes up so much room that it makes it hard for her to get in & out when it is hanging & closed.

Love this product!!! We take a lot of road trips and i always struggle with finding something that the kids can use to color or do little activities while driving and be able to keep it semi organized. This works great!!!! Best part is you can zip it up and unlatch it from the head rest and take it with you when you get to where you are going. I was worried it wouldnt be big enough to reach my kids laps since I have a big truck and I have a 3 and 4 year old but it works great! So glad to have found the solution for the kids to have activities on road trips!!! Oh and the customer service is amazing. They are quick to respond and help with any questions or issues!!
