The helmet is light and good, but the buckle keeps coming off. We have to keep rethreading it!

Grandson liked the helmet but the chin strap clasp broke just after the return window closed. Update: The seller saw my review and refunded the order amount even though it was beyond the return window. I appreciate their action on this order.

I ordered a Sifvo helmet presented as youth, but size was too big even by turning knob all the way. Upon reading my review, the company returned my money, but I still need it a comfy helmet, so I decided to buy the kids size. It is perfect, comfortable enough and even less bulky, dont mind the clouds prints, Im still a kid from my heart. Thanks Sifvo for your high quality customer service.

We received this item for our 7 year old daughter and the strap would not stay on or together. We put in for a return replacement, received it again and the same exact issue happened. Returning for a refund and would not recommend.

The strap started coming off within minutes of my son using the item. What a waste of money

This helmet is very cool. My daughter loves the look and the air flow as well as the comfy strap cover for her neck. Only reason its not 5 stars is the visor broke off instead of popping off. My 8 year old daughter broke it immediately just trying to pop it off so the visor is a little brittle.
