These drops have been very helpful! I seem to eat less and I have better luck with bowel movements after using these drops! I will definitely order the drops again! The only drawback is the residue that sometimes shows up. I have found that mixing with orange juice or Pepsi is the best way (for me) to use the drops. Orange juice kind of disguises the flavor. When added to Pepsi, it gives the regular Pepsi a Cherry Pepsi flavor. I would definitely recommend this product!

Its okay, I didnt see much of a difference while I was using it, but I was only using it for a few weeks, not sure how long it take to see any changes, but I dont think I will buy it again, ill try something else, I still had my appetite when I was taking it, so felt like I was eating more or about the same
