> 3 dayPurchased this travel tray for my toddler. Had a problem with my product upon arrival and Pillani customer service was exceptional on helping me! Highly recommend this product and company for their 10/10 service! My child loved all of the pockets and the markers and activity sheets. A must for parents who travel

Greater than one weekAbsolutely love it. Works just has described. A little small for my carseat so cant use the drink pocket on the side but thats nothing compared to how my daughter doesnt drop anything while on the road anymore.

> 3 dayI was not happy with item for a few reason. 1 it buckled around the child and was not very durable it folded to easily. Secondly the pictures did not fit very well in the dry erase are so the pic moved when my daughter was trying to draw on it. (EDIT) I have changed my rating due to the customer service of this company, they reached out asking for my opinion something not many companys would do.

> 3 dayThe tray is great, but it said activity book and markers were included. Buuuuut they weren’t. So that’s disappointing. Editing to add that their customer service is amazing and made it right. Like I said before, the tray is great and my 4 y/o loves it.

> 3 dayThis is a good product. I had no issues with it other than I wish it were more rugged. My daughter is pretty rough on things though. It folds flat and comes with some goodies.

> 3 dayBought this for an 18 hour road trip for my kiddo. It did the job well enough. It wasn’t overly sturdy, but I get that you’d want it to collapse in the event of a crash. It did fold up for storage well enough. The belt to attach around the waist was easy for me to assist with but the kiddo had a harder time with both the seat belt and the lap belt and figuring which should go where. After the first time she had it down though. Since it wasn’t overly sturdy, the little pockets around the tray space they show in the photo, while they could work that way once it is set up, trying to keep them upright and organized proved difficult. The side pockets worked fine though. Expect to have to repack/organize it for any stops and off/on. It did provide a good enough surface space for coloring and such while we were actively driving and kept a lot of things within reach for her.
