Bought for granddaughter. Took out of package the handle with strap was broken. Opened umbrella and rod inside was bent. She refused to give it up. Lesson learned.

It is good for a 1 or 2 year old. Too Small in diameter. Quality is good. Design in Good. Lightweight and Safe.
