I reached out to the company (via the email on the pdf warranty here on amazon) and they had me test the monitor with the cable from the camera to determine what part was faulty. They then promptly replaced the monitor, no charge, no hassle. Amazing customer service. New monitor is working great. ------ Does the job, but unfortunately no longer charges. Ive been using this monitor since November, so it gave a good six months I guess. Have reached out to the company via email, but will have to go get another power cable in the meantime.

New version works amazingly

Before purchasing this camera, I searched online for what I was looking for and in the results this particular camera was one of the ones that came up. It had all the features I was looking for, such a night vision, great battery life and not having to use WiFi to use the camera, as this was being purchased for a travel camera and WiFi night not always be available. Despite being the perfect camera for us, it was one of the most reasonably priced. Other great features, are being about to pinch & zoom, as well as being able to move the camera view from the camera, instead of having to go in the babys room. We couldnt be happier.

The parent monitor stopped charging after a few months and I was thinking we were going to have to buy a new one, but I reached out to their customer service via email and they emailed me back within a few hours saying they were going to send me a new monitor free of charge and didn’t have to send in the old one. Super easy and simple! I received the new upgraded monitor a few days later and have had no problems since. I highly recommend this product because it works great and the customer service is very easy to work with and very fast!

I purchased this monitor a couple months ago after having three way more expensive video monitors die on me throughout the course of 3 years. I was sick of spending so much money without a ton of longevity. After lots of research and review reading I decided to try this one out. Overall, I really like it! The picture is great. The buttons are really easy to use. The length of signal is good. The ECO mode is so nice. There is a long battery life. I only have one complaint. There is a random clicking noise. There is no pattern to it. Sometimes it happens 3 times in one minute - other times is doesnt happen for 30 minutes. I watch the screen to make sure nothing in my childs room would be making that sound and there isnt. It wouldnt be a huge deal but it sometimes wakes me up. Not like in the middle of the night or anything, but it does bother me when Im falling asleep or just about to wake up in the morning. I didnt read about this happening in any other reviews so Im sure its just my device. I was going to reach out to their customer service center, but I cant seem to find their website or any contact information. Bummed, because overall I really like this monitor!

Second update: the new replacement monitor has quit working too. Video is fine, but there’s no sound. I gave up on this and purchased a different brand. Update: the company reached out via email and quickly replaced the monitor free of charge. So far it seems to be working as it should. Periodically through the day and night it glitches and has trouble getting signal, even though the monitor and receiver remain stationary. It may be because of our tin roof? It’s never for more than a couple of minutes at a time so it’s not a huge deal to me. The customer service has been really good and they seem eager to fix the problem. I bought this in June of ‘22.. now in February of ‘23 the monitor doesn’t transmit sound. It just quit randomly one day. Supposedly it’s out of warranty. Disappointed.

Update: I absolutely loved this camera and was bummed when the monitor stopped working, I previously made a comment about such and was contacted immediately by the owners of the company and they went ABOVE & BEYOND to make it right. I was sent a new monitor and charging port which works like a charm and I absolutely love!! 10/10 recommend !!! Edit:I loved this camera but the cord stopped working and I can’t charge the portable monitor :( Don’t want to have to buy a whole new system!

I’ve tried three baby monitors so far and this has been the best one. The image quality is good in light and dark. I have full view of my child’s room, however, the noise the camera makes when you’re looking around scares my son. It’s not that loud, but noticeable.
