I bought these to replace some other DRV8825s I purchased off of eBay that would miss steps. These work great and are relatively quiet. Im using these on a RAMPS 1.4 board with an Arduino MEGA 2560.

Ive used 1 out of the 5 drivers so far without any issues. Initially my order was shorted 1 item out of the 5. I contacted the seller and they sent out the missing piece. Overall I would buy from the seller again.

No documentation make sure whatever you are replacing they are going in the correct direction as these are opposite of the ones you might be upgrading.

Works well for me. No quality problems. Would be nice to have decent instruction sheet.

I bought these for lab use to test/analyze motion controller behaviors only to discover that these little drivers need much support circuitry before theyll function. These drivers will also drive from their own noise, meaning once stepping has started it might never stop! These might be okay drivers for those who know them well, but if youre a first time user of these like me I say AVOID!

These little boards are a great replacement for the standard 16 microstep driver and provide a 32 step option. If used to increase microsteps and quiet the stepper motors, Marlin software or printer settings must be changed for double the step rate or measurements will be off by 2X.

I bought a Bigtreetech SKR V1.3 and shortly after I bought these realizing I needed stepper drivers. I was only getting about half this distance for moves after configuring and installing Marlin on the SKR. Turns out when I configured Marlin I had just quickly referenced this page at a glance saw the familiar A4988 in the title, which is the default stepper setup in Marlin. After looking at the page more carefully I changed the stepper drivers to what it should be in the firmware (DRV8825) and this fixed my problem. Hopefully this review can save someone time.

They work very well. Only issue is the adjustment screw on 2 of them does not turn any more.

1.A simple steps and direction control interface
2.Six different steps resolutions: full step, half step, 1/4-step1/8-step1/16-step, 1/32-step
3.CAN interface directly with 3.3 V and 5 V systems
4.Over-temperature thermal shutdown, overcurrent shutdown, undervoltage lockout
5.Short to ground short circuit load protection
6.4 Layer 2 oz copper PCB, in order to improve heat dissipation
7.Exposed solder ground below the bottom of the driver IC on the printed circuit board pad
8.Module size, pin and interface matching A4988 stepper motor driver operators in many ways
9.Adjustable current control lets you set a potentiometer, which lets you use the stepper motor"s rated voltage or more, in order to achieve a higher rate of maximum output current step
10.Maximum 45 V supply voltage
