> 3 dayInstalled and checked out correctly. My computer, ROG Strix G15, has a spacer in the middle of the SSD2 slot which induces some flex, but as long as its not fatiguing from motion, I cant imagine its a problem.

Greater than one weekSeemed OK at first but after 6 months Windows 11 kept claiming its files were corrupt, then it started leaking a black oil like substance and I got FATAL power events in Windows. The third time I re-installed Windows 11 and Linux on it, I realized it was this KC3000 causing the problems. It lasted 10 months but has been somehow damaged since month 5. Back to WD_Black!! DO NOT TOUCH THESE DRIVES! All my pals who bought these in February 2022 have had the same experience with these KC3000 1TB drives.

> 3 dayI purchased this in Feb of 2022. As a longtime Samsung user, I was taking a big risk by changing brands in order to gain what ostensibly was equivalent lifespan and better performance. I was nervous because a family member had previously purchased a Kingston SSD and had it fail. My build was plagued with random pauses from the get-go, but I didnt use it frequently enough to diagnose it. In hindsight that was obviously an SSD issue. 13 months after purchase, windows crashed. After a hard reboot, the SMART data that the BIOS is seeing is telling me the drive is toast. It wont boot at all now. Lesson learned: stick to Samsung. This drive is a steaming pile waiting to die after you put important data on it.

> 3 dayNo issues with the product, just wish I got more storage. If anyone’s looking to get an M.2 or any type of storage for that matter, do yourself a favor and get at least 1TB

Greater than one weekThe read speeds on crystal disk mark are right on for the first pass... On the first pass for write speeds their no better than a Samsung EVO 870 ... Seriously, very, very disappointing.
