This was installed in an external enclosure for portability if needed. It is used for video only. Does the job as intended and works great. Highly recommended.

I bought this drive to upgrade my laptop - and it works great. I have had no problems so far, and the SSD was easy to install and set up (assuming one knows how.) 10/10 would buy again.

Not much to say about this, has great speeds and super easy to install. Wish it had a screw included because I lost my motherboard screws but that’s alright.

I ordered this disk, and I received a unit that was defective and produces constanstly Blue Screens in my Laptop. I contacted Amazon and they send me a replace and now it works really well. Now I can play all my games at a good speed.

In conjunction with an adapter, I bought this to use with a 2015 Macbook Pro 13 Retina display. For the life of me, the Apple installer wouldnt pick this drive up. I ended up swapping it with a Silicon Power drive (which was sadly half the size) out of my HP Elite Slice, and the Mac saw that and installed. This Kingston NV1 works perfectly in my Dell Latitude 5480, so its not the drive itself. Note, this is a DRAM-less controller which might by why the Mac was having trouble. Three stars because it didnt work for what I bought it for, but it still works. Performance is in line with an inexpensive SSD. Not for gaming, but just fine for everyday use.

So far the best SSD Ive used. Is very fast, perfect for gaming.
