> 24 hourI bought this bag for my daughter because, I understood Kipling had lived up to its name; in terms of, them making high quality products and with durability. I expected this bag to last my daughter for the duration of high school; only for her to carry it to me and the zipper is spoilt (the zipper teeth seem to be dry rotten and are cracking and falling out, hence the zip cant run to close or open the bag). It has been just a year since I made this purchase and the bag is already out of commission. I have had better experiences with JanSport bags. I worry that this seller is carrying unauthentic products or they are not storing there product properly. The bag material itself has stood up to carrying heavy loads without a tear in site but the zipper has not. I am very disappointed.
