> 3 dayI was not expecting this ball to be so hard. I was looking for a ball that had some give to it, just a bit, like hard rubber that you could still bounce. If you try to bounce this ball it just thuds to the ground, it has no give at all. It is like a rock with a coating on it. For me it is to uncomfortable to use. If that is what you are looking for then this is perfect for you.

> 3 dayThe pictures and description don’t show/mention this, but this isn’t like a real lacrosse ball. It’s hollow with a “plug” (that falls out all the time). I wish I could get my money back.

> 3 dayI bought this as a massage tool for my high-arched feet, which sometimes develop cramps. It works well when I roll it across my sole on a hard floor. It’s a hard ball that doesn’t give when I press down while rolling, but it’s also rubber, which is more comfortable than plastic. I recommend this for dealing with muscular pain.
