> 3 dayI bought this as a massage tool for my high-arched feet, which sometimes develop cramps. It works well when I roll it across my sole on a hard floor. It’s a hard ball that doesn’t give when I press down while rolling, but it’s also rubber, which is more comfortable than plastic. I recommend this for dealing with muscular pain.

Greater than one weekThe function of the ball is exactly as described HOWEVER. JAYSUS CHRISTMAS it smells SO CHEMICALLY BAD. Like toxic chemical burnt plastic bad. The smell gets on your hands and it doesn’t wash off. I washed the ball eith dish soap so I hope the smell goes away, but ZAMN the smell is TERRRRRIBLE. The cons of the fumes are seriously unbearable compared to the pros of the use of the ball. Using it as a paper weight now.

Greater than one weekI have psoriatic arthritis and Fibromyalgia. I am prone to stiffness and knots in my shoulder blades and this provides miracle relief and gets into those knots and pressure points and provides a release and relief. Lay on the floor with the ball behind your shoulder and gently massage into the spot.
