KIWI design Upgraded Controller Grips Cover with Battery Opening Protector with Knuckle Straps Compatible with Quest 2 Accessories (Gray White)

I really wanted to like these but I am returning them. I have medium sized hands and I like to have the velcro straps tight when using my Quest 2 controllers. The problem with these grips is that metal buckle puts too much pressure on my hands if I want a tight grip and starts to bruise my side of my hands which make it very uncomfortable when playing beat saber. I resorted to buying the AMVR version since I had those before and the leather straps and more comfortable.

We bought 3 and one of them the strap broke and they replaced it, we haven’t had any other issues and it’s nice to be able to replace the batteries without taking the whole thing apart like some others we’ve had.

For small hands

I got the white, which another reviewer has already pointed out, theyre more grey. Think stock headstrap grey. This was my desired outcome because I ordered the VRCover in pink and grey. Installation is a breeze and this is a quality product. The only minor thing I would change about them is the finger space. I wish the strap connected at the bottom just a tad lower so that my pinky didnt feel as if it needed to overlap. I dont have large hands by any means, but I guess I got used to holding the controller lower. Tip for the straps on the Kiwi: Open up the strap, slide the metal down to your desired tightness, but instead of folding it down there... Fold at the original spot and press down on the velcro surrounding the metal buckle. This will keep the bulk of the excess strap at the top and away from your hands versus dangling awkwardly at the bottom! The velcro is strong enough to keep the buckle in place :) This brand is overall 10/10.

Bets grip! No chance to lose joystick even playing Beatsaber or boxing. Top of the line!

Definitely an improvement over controllers without a grip. Really no complaints. Perhaps they could be a little less expensive, but they do perform. I will likely buy a second set for our other Quest 2.

Originally I had given these 5 stars because of how innovative of a product it is. However, I have decided to downgrade the stars because of my experience using them for a few months. There are a few cons to this product, it does add considerable weight to the controllers and the metal buckles will initially bruise your hands if you have sensitive skin (Though this went away after a while). In the next interaction, they could try and make the material just a little lighter. After using them for almost three months I went with another brand unfortunately. Also, the color in the photos here on Amazon is miss represented. The white color version ones are not truly white as they appear in the pictures, but more of a very light grayish color, almost white. (Except one of the pictures, where it does appear light gray) I dont know if it might because of the color calibration of my monitor, but I expected them to be truly white telling by the photos here. On the plus side, it makes it replacing the batteries on the controllers extremely easy, quick and trouble free.
