> 24 hourLove this case for the XU4. Perfect fit. I removed the XU4 heat sink fan and used superglue to attach a Noctua 40x40mm 5v fan to the top of case vent outlets - much quieter and better cooling for the XU4.

> 24 hourThere arent many cases for the XU4 out there so its really hard to compare to other products. The aluminum is thick and keeps the unit cool. I like the minimalist design of it. But my biggest gripe about the case is that even after you bolt on the screws, the unit still moves up and down while in the case. So any time you have to plug a USB controller in and out, you have to hold the unit up to make sure the holes of the ports line up. I dont plan on plugging the unit in and out all the time so I guess I can live with that, but its something to consider.

> 24 hourThis case is awesome. The quality is nice, and theres access to all of the I/O ports, except for the eMMC. But if/when you install the eMMC, its probably going to be there for a while. The case was really quick to put together. 4 screws to secure the board to the bottom of the case, and the top clips on securely. The little rubber feet help to keep it from sliding or scratching your desk, so thats a plus. What I really appreciate about the case is that its very lightweight, yet very sturdy. We use our Odroid XU4 for retro gaming and also as an Android TV box, and I dont have a problem with overheating at all. If you are looking for an awesome little case, and dont want to pay for the expensive aluminum ones then go with this one. I believe its a great choice.

The KKSB Odroid XU4 aluminium case is a 2-piece enclosure. The walls are flexible and easily snap the lid and bottom together. The XU4 board is mounted on the bottom part with 4 screws. KKSB Odroid XU4 Metal Case is made of powder-coated aluminum black cover and anodised aluminium white base.
Compact Design with Optimal Applicability
The case is designed for the Odroid XU4 board. The risk of overheating the processor is minimal because the lid features air ventilation in a circular pattern for maximum heat dissipation together with the XU4 onboard fan. A blue anodized push button makes it possible to start the case easily from outside the case. The case has labelled cutouts for most connectors on Odroid XU4 SBC.
