Klein Tools 69410 Replacement Test Lead Set, Right Angle

The probes are nice, the alligator clips are nice but not being able to thread the probes in the clips would be nice. Both are threaded but the probe OD thread is larger than the clips ID thread.

Crap. Threw them away.

I have to admit, I usually buy cheap tools and accessories. Once something gets broken, I just buy a new one. Well, I have been completely wrong. I bought 2 cheap sets of test leads and both gave me funky numbers when using a multi-meter. Of course, I figured what the heck if its made in America, you cant get any better than that.

Not really what I was expecting. They work great, they just aren’t long enough for what I need.

Yes, these are genuine Klein brand. However, they are made in China, using Chinese branded wire. They are no heavier, stronger, or better than any of the other cheap test leads. They are packaged in a frustrating to open thick plastic bubble, instead of an environmentally friendly package.

I had to cut oll the meter side plug sheath protectors as they would not fit into my Fluke meter. Otherwise they work great and the clip adapters are secure when used. Dinged 2 stars because I had to modify them as described.
