Perfect tool for any electrician or home owner. Very reliable, easy to use, tough, accurate. I like featured that other brands do not have such as magnet and live voltage tester (ncv). Big and well lid display.

Great part about this meter is that it can measure DC current as well. Its built well and feels like it can take a beating.

Im a retired engineer but I still do a lot of electrical work. You can find cheaper multimeters than Klein, but you cant find better. If you dont need the AC/DC you can save youself about $30 on the Klein model lower than this one, but I do occasional work on cars, motorcycles and boats so this model is perfect for me.

Nice meter for you dollar

The Amazon description specs say Origin: USA, but my just received Klein CL800 Clap meter says Made in China on the package... on the back... at the bottom... in 4 pt text. Too bad, I know which is correct. Somewhere in Klein literature it says its high-end multimeters are made in the US. I guess this CL800 is not high-end or that product promise is just antiquated. Hopes for Made in USA dashed again! :-))

Nice Meter with some great functions!! Bought to upgrade because it reads a higher amperage on the clamp function. Has other nice features also that makes it as nice as the comparable $300 Fluke. Dont forget to purchase the Magnetic Holder to go with it!!

Muy fácil y muy buena calidad

This is a compact and easy to use tool. I use Klien tools for most of my professional work and they always work well and never disappoint me. I got this at a bargain price and it is outstanding, accurate, and very useful!

I deleted my old comment to say that its a very nice meter. I use it in an industrial setting now and I have access to fluke and bk precision meters. For the price you cant beat it even getting a fluke in the same price range. I havent had one issue at all with it and Ive used it for over a year now. I will say that you must get the magnetic accessory because it really makes handling the meter better.

What can you say? Quality tool fair price easy to use and sturdy! If it ever dies Ill buy another, but I dont anticipate that happening for years.
