Bought mainly for checking for cold spots on my 3d printer bed and use for my blackstone griddle. I haven’t seen any accuracy issues yet.

Very impressed. Even works on the glass windows. Very good range too. found a couple areas to insulate now that the weather changed.

Given the price Im not entirely disappointed with this product, its not the most accurate but what can you expect for something in this price range, itll give you a ballpark number quite quickly, Ive found its best used to check the operation of fridges and air conditioners since it doesnt take long to give a reading

I bought this to replace a cheap IR gun I had. The readings were way off and the Klein gun is spot on and feels much better manufactured.

This product does not read temperature accurately, not even close.

With cars heat is the enemy.
