> 24 hourI was able to use it a few time in the couple months Ive owned it. Never dropped it. Today I pulled it from my toolbox. On my way to the light switch I was about to swap out, the batteries popped out. The cap was still screwed on tightly. The top of the cap just popped off. I could glue the cap back together but I cant find the spring so thats useless. Went to the companys website. There is a section to buy replacement parts. But of course, the cap isnt one of them. Did I mention I never dropped it?!

> 24 hourVery useful and easy to use. Really like how they combined the temperature sensor with the voltage pin.

> 24 hourIR temp readings wildly inaccurate. As much as 30 degrees off. NCV seems to work ok, but considering how bad the IR is, how can you trust it?

> 24 hourthe battery cap is flimsy weak plastic and easily breaks making the good tool worthless.

> 24 hourI got tired of being shocked by wire that was supposed to be dead so I was in the market for a voltage stick, in all honesty anyone working remotely close to electricity should invest in one of these, maybe not the HVAC one that does temperature, but if you ever find yourself opening up a box, this thing in the right circumstances could save your life.
