> 24 hourWasnt sure if it would fit since the numbers are different from my previous one but it fit perfect. Also the nut for this filter is awesome and youll know what I mean when you find out where that filter is on your truck lol

> 24 hourThere also seems to be a little confusion as to what filter fits what application. I can say this filter fit my 2015 Ram 1500 4X4 with the Hemi 5.7.

> 24 hourAfter watching a review of many popular oil filters this one came out on top and best of all Made in the USA! The original packaging was trashed but the filter had no damage.

> 24 hourI like the way these filters are built internally and with my truck theyve built everything around the filter so the socket nut on the end is very helpful to apply and take off.

> 24 hourMy application has a cross member right next to is and a radiator infront of it and the exhaust manifold on the other side (great way to heat the oil on those cold days *sarcasm*) none of my filter wrenches fit, I have 4 different types, but a 1 combo wrench fits great. Just cant turn more that 1/8 turn at a time (stupid engineering). Its also very nice to know its one of the best filters out there according to many tests Ive seen. Cost a few bucks more but Im not willing to trust my engine to the orange filter than people have found has holes in it from the factory.

> 24 hourThese filters are great as long as you follow the instructions. My guess is that anyone who had a problem with one of these used a tool to INSTALL the filter. It is very important that you only use a wrench to REMOVE the filter, and install by hand. I have had no leaks or other engine related issues while using these filters.

> 24 hourOn a chevy suburban, the oil filter can be a real PITA to get to easily. There is no room for a hand to fit on the filter at all. So, the design of this filter is essential for easily removing an old filter. This product from K&N allows you to remove, and reattach the filter using a standard ratchet. No need for an oil wrench or busting your hands up! All oil filter manufacturers should follow their lead! As always, just do not over tighten! Use a little common sense, and you will be fine...

> 24 hourI was happy to see the one I just bought (Nov 19) is USA made! Last years was Mexican. I do see a difference in the construction at the inside bottom of the can. I guess the bypass valve is down there? Not sure what drives the difference. Ill try to add pics if I remember. I always love the nut on the end for removal. In my G8, its hard to get a good grip on the can.
