Knitter’s Pride Interchangeable Cords 8 (16 w/tips), Black

Didnt work they way I thought they would. The cord is so short that I couldnt twist the knitting needles together to be able to cast off from one to another. Not sure how else to describe the issue. Perhaps if youre using really short needles instead of 6 needles, then it might work. Had to go back and purchase something about 3 longer and hope that those work.

usually love this brand. Sadly this cord is decently flawed- the small screw at the end broke off inside one of my pairs of interchangeable needles and will not come out, ruining my needle. The cord itself is also a bit flimsy, to the point where I am sometimes worried that it will break mid-project. The small metal key piece also does not seem to fit inside the screws hole.

Really do love these. I like the feel and the weight. I checked all the joins as soon as I received them and all are smooth. The cords are wonderfully flexible and have little memory. Can be used for magic loop, no problem. I like the fact that you can buy additional cords and replacement as well as additional needles. You cant go wrong with these needles. You have just about every size and length needed. The price in fantastic. If you travel with your knitting this is a must have. The kit fits easily into your knitting bag and no matter where u are you will have the size you need.

This cable is the length exaclty that I need in order to knit round stuff such as small baby hats or sleeves.

Works well for hats

This interchangeable cord goes with my Knitters Pride wooden needle set. It works well, fits the needles well, and I am happy withthem.

I received a knitters pride kit for Christmas but needed a shorter cable to make hats and this works perfectly.

Although I purchased this in 2016, I just now have a project that calls for a#5 interchangeable needle. One is defective and just will not thread onto the cord. It is big . Spoke to the supplier who told me I have to call Amazon and Amazon is telling me to contact the manufacturer. I guess Knitters pride doesn’ Stand by its needles. What a shame. I do like the needles . I don’t like that there is a defect that no one is taking responsibility for correcting.

Its great to have a short cord for small projects. I do find, however, that I hold my needles such that I cant really purl with these in the round!
