> 24 hourI really wanted to love these. 6” metal sock DPNs. Unfortunately I don’t. The tips of these were too blunt for me. I guess I prefer a sharper needle. I can barely K2Tog and a ssk is a challenge with how dull the points are. Also the tips are not consistently blunt. At first I thought one side of the needle was meant to be pointier but I’m just not seeing a consistency. Other than the tips these are great. I’ve only used them for a little bit and I can imagine the tips would come loose with age and use but I don’t know that for sure.

> 24 hourI saw some reviews about blunt tips and hesitated to buy these, however, I have now used them a few times on socks and I LOVE them! In fact, I think they even help when working with particularly splitty yarn, since sharper tips seem to separate the strands too easily. These Zings dont hurt or poke your fingers when pushing them down by the needle tip. And the colors cant be beat! They really look nice in photographs. Plus, I love that you can tell which set you need at a super quick glance since they are color coded by size - it is effortless! The zipper case keeps all the sizes organized and available. The price was fantastic as well -- Im quite pleased with this purchase!

> 24 hourAlot of mixed reviews but I bought anyway. The price was right , comes with the case for an added bonus. I really like this set feels great in your hands and are fast knitting. Great little set.

> 24 hourI do really like these needles, which is why Im giving them a 3 star review. But as much as I like them, the points on them are not as sharp or tapered as they could be. The quality is inconsistent. The value is great, but the low quality of the production makes them something I would not buy again. When youre knitting at sock-gauge, that kind of attention to detail means a lot, and this product is sub-par in quality.

> 24 hourThis is a nice collection of metal needles. They are smooth and easy to work with. Case is zippered so everything stays inside even when carried in a bag with my current project.

> 24 hourI’d already owned expensive Signature Needle Arts DPNS before purchasing this set of needles. These are definitely worthy competition for the SNA needles! Lightweight, sharp points and colour coded, they’re everything I want in a sock needle. Amazon was the cheapest I could find for this set. I’m guessing the price reflects the fact that some of these needles may be seconds: two out of the six sets are the same colour as two other sets. The sizes are correct but having the same colour needles in different size groupings defeats the point of producing a size colour code! Still, I’m very happy with the needles and will purchase more in larger sizes.

> 24 hourLove, love love the Knitters Pride needles. But the case tbey came in smells bad. Almost smells as bad as cow manure. Will definitely have to get a new case.

> 24 hourThis particular set is giving me a little trouble though. The tips are pointy in theory but like with all Zings they kinda clip the tip so that the point is squared. That is ok for sport weight and heavier yarn but I’m having trouble with fingering weight and sock yarn and it’s a SOCK SET based on the needle sizes so sigh... these won’t be my go-to set. They’re still a fine quality and nice weight and they’re so pretty!! They sure make for nice photos!
