Dividable compartments and pockets all around also velcro on the bottom keeps it in place. It has places for the straps to really secure it in place. It has a thick cover, not shown in the picture.

This organizer is extremely sturdy. I was a bit surprised by the good quality. I use this to organize things in my van and considering buying another as it fits perfectly underneath the bed.

I bought this to put in back of our Jeep. Always hauling around stuff and is great for groceries etc., Love the way it folds up into such a small package so it is out of the way when not needed. Takes about 5 seconds to fold up or unfold. Great product! Very well made.

Neat device, was able to sort out and organize my trunk. The front pockets are very tight though, so don’t count on them to store bottles, etc

did not come with the hold down straps, and the velcro on the bottom has came off already.
