KOHLER 1014065 Genuine Part Tank Plate

I have a Kohler toilet that was raining rust from the bottom of the tank. Being a curious person, I removed the tank and discovered that the previous owner had limited plumbing skills and didn’t tighten the gasket down properly. This is the first toilet I’ve ever taken apart that had a metal plate between the tank and the bowl. Anyway, the old one had to go, I ordered this one from Amazon as well as new guts for the flush mechanism. I only wanted to do this once and the best way to keep something else from wearing out was to replace it all. Anyway, it worked perfectly.

Not even close to what is pictured, they just send the metal plate and only the metal plate. No new screws or any other pictured items.

Perfect oem

Toilet was leaking when flushing. Metal part was corroded. This was a perfect fit for the K 4634 AA tank. So far no leaks.

Hate to have to replace another component and didnt realize this was the cause of the leak. But it fixed the problem
