For the cost of jelly roll expected quality Could u send replacement strip?

I sew many kids charity quilts and the price of fabric is out of control. Many jelly rolls are now about $1.00 a strip, but this was very reasonable at about $0.50 a strip and the quality is first rate. Will buy again at this price anyday of the week.
