These are not for xbox. They have sent me ps4 ones 2 times already.

Very natural feel. Definitely, elevates the game play. I chose to put the raised stick on my right thumb so my palm doesn’t have to rest on the controller as much.

I like the smaller one but on either control stick the tall one is too tall. If you use on right stick your aim is too jerky, tall on left stick its sorta uncomfortable to play with. Wish i would have gotten two of the smaller size, so i basically paid 17$ for one. I bet the medium size would be perfect for left stick and small for right stick. Good construction and handling, so thats why Im giving a 4 star. Larger hands would do good with the tall size i bet.
