Good, not too high like the other versions, but expensive

Much more comfortable for my fat thumb and they have a non-slip surface. Ordered a second pair for my son (who now reaches for mine!).

These go on very easy and have great grip for many different games. I use these ones for sports games mostly and they work GREAT!

In terms of performance: No thumb stick grip is gonna make you better at what youre doing. What makes you better is the false motivation you receive from acquiring new products, which eventually fades away. These grips merely add height and width, increasing the draw distance, allowing more precise camera movement, ultimately making it easier to make micro-adjustments at higher camera sensitivities.
