Great lightweight security device to add onto keychain for daughters, granddaughters and coworkers

I am giving these personal alarms as stocking gifts. I have them on my keys and feel good knowing the alarm is at my fingertips.

With the rise in crime in my area, I decided to get these personal alarms and give them to my childrens friends and some of my friends too. They can hang on a key chain and are easy to grip so you can easily pull the pin if you need to. I have attached it to presents for friends and its always a bigger hit than whatever other gift I gave them. People will know you love and care about them when you give them a personal alarm.

We bought these for both personal security when we are out and about, and as a safety measure when we are in our home. They are small enough to easily fit into a pocket, hang on a key chain, and drop in a purse, and definitely loud enough to alert everyone within the vicinity that you may need help. We keep one on our key chain, and carry one in a pocket when we take a walk in our area. The sound and volume these little alarms produce is unexpected and also unnerving enough to act as a deterrent not just for humans but also some of the more inquisitive wildlife we have in our area. They also work great as an additional in-home safety measure. Although we do not have a huge home, it can be hard to hear someone in another part of the house who may need help. These little alarms are great as a backup to call for help if you cannot make yourself heard. We bought the package of six which has allowed us to scatter 4 of them strategically around the house, add one to our car keychain and still have one to drop in a pocket when we take a walk. We would recommend these to anyone looking for a small and effective safety and security device.

Purchased as gifts for the college students and single ladies in the family, these are lightweight, easy to use and nice and loud. I notice some reviews took issue with the pin mechanism being separate from the handle but I (and none of the recipients) found this to be a problem during testing . Hoping we never have occasion to use them but feel just a little better having them around.

In this day and age it helps to have a little extra security. This is loud enough to attract people and scare off the bad guy. It would be good if you were outside and fell and needed some help. I keep one in my purse and one by my bedside. I gave a couple to family members. A good buy.

Brought these for gifts and I am keeping one for myself. I did a quick test and the sound is very loud and would draw a lot of attention. The light will also come in handy.

In this day in age, any extra security measures are always a good thing. This was a great deal. Hopefully they never need these things. We gave them to our grand daughters and daughter. I tried it outside the house and was loud enough imho.
