Highly recommend. I was hesitant of the lack of colors but it worked out well. It has a great assortment of colors. I wish I had more of certain colors (like browns or purples) but the white/black and glitter ones on the bottom made it worthwhile. The quality is great and works well with the water brush pens that I have.

The variety and quality of these watercolors make them a perfect addition to any art studio. These full pan colors have a lovely translucency that can easily be built up into rich color. Theyre a bit on the expensive side, but they do last for quite a while.The pearl and metallic colors can create interesting highlights and are very dfficult to find in other watercolor sets. Highly reccommend.

Highly pigmented rich watercolors.

Love these! They aren’t watercolors in that they are somewhat opaque. But they are Japanese watercolors and behave in the way intended. I love the boldness of the colors and they work well on the Bee papers.

I love these watercolors, very vibrant and user friendly. it is different than most chalk like watercolor pallet because this one is not chalk like at all. Ive really enjoyed having the variety of color, and how a little bit of color goes a long way. I would highly recommend these paints for everyone, beginner or expert!

These paints came recommended by a friend. Im floored. Not only are the pans DOUBLE full size, but the pigments are stunning- heavily saturated- and flow beautifully. A little goes a LONG way. I keep a little notebook for my tube and pan pants with color swatches so I can compare/select when Im doing a piece and these colors are comparable to Holbein, Daniel Smith, and White Nights- Ill even venture to say better in some cases. Theres also a swatch sticker on the top of the cover with the pigment name in English. A definite buy again when the time comes.

I got the lower cost set. The paints are brand new. it was just missing one bronze color. :(
