I Bought this to add to my house as it has many of these handles already. I am happy to say the build quality I purchased here is the same build as the originals on my house from the 90s so this is the one to get if you dont want cheap low-budget garbage. and it is quieter to work the latch than a standard door handle for not disturbing sleeping folk. And they Look Great! GET THIS ONE!

Easy to install and key match to our other Quickset door locks.

Genuine product in retail packaging. Good addition to my other SmartKey locks. This one goes on the bedroom, and will be keyed alike with my house key for now, but I can always change it if I have guests I want to keep out of the bedroom. Very convenient.

Exactly what I needed to replace a bathroom door knob whose latch had mysteriously fallen out (gotta love cheap contractor-grade installations). Installation was easy and the instructions were mostly clear (though we misread the remove paper part and had to use a different lever to lift the interior part that the paper was supposed to help lift because we ripped the paper out, heh.) The lever is coated with Microban antibacterial technology if that matters to you, which makes it perfect for a bathroom door.
