Greater than one weekMy daughter absolutely loves this potty seat. It is convenient to use with steps and grab handle and a soft seat. It was also very easy to put together. We have another potty seat as well as a toddler potty that my toddler now refuses to use since we got this. She wants to use the big people potty just like everyone else but needs this to guide her. The only issue I have is the rubber under the trainer that helps with grip keeps coming off. If you are not careful, it (the loose rubber grip) can fall into the toilet and be lost forever.

> 3 dayThe directions were horrible, but once we figured it out we are happy with the product. My son is a big kid, about 45 lbs at 3.5 and we are working on potty training. We needed a seat with the handles because he has low muscle tone and needed the support to climb the step, turn around, and sit. The seat occasionally Will slide forward, so I just put by foot at the base of the step when he climbs. My daughter (23lbs) has no problem with this. The seat itself it cushioned which I think is important for little bums. It fold easily, but is still awkward to store and doesn’t stand upright when folded. Overall really happy we purchased this, and may consider buying one for our daycare/preschool!

> 3 dayI loved the idea of a training seat attached to a step ladder. It was easy to put together and pretty sturdy however in less than 1 week of my toddler using it, he had a bumpy and painful rash on his bottom. It is right where he sits on the seat cushion. I was able to find only 1 review advising of the same reaction but want to make sure other parents are aware before making the same mistake I did. ** Edit of Review due to AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE: The company reached out due because of my review to offer assistance even though I never requested a return and/or refund. I appreciate the thought!
