Case is secure and looks like it will last, important as you need a safe place for the caliper and cant just toss on the workbench. Battery is installed and they give you 2 extras and screwdriver to open cover. Seems accurate and sensitive, maybe too much so. When you close and zero it out then remove any pressure on the thumb wheel the display jumps to .05 mm. Annoying but not a deal breaker. Metal jaws and slide mechanism. Its not of Mitsutoyo or Starett quality. But it is much cheaper. After using some the display jump has gone away, so for the price Ill give 5 stars. Housing for display is plastic, but it seems ok.

Accurate and solid

Have already used this several times and am extremely pleased with its performance. It is very easy to use, its accurate and the display is very easy to read. It switches quickly between inches and millimeters. I highly recommend this caliper.

I expected a far lower grade for the money. But this is fully functional, professional quality. Youd have to go up hundreds more for better.

Great calipers that is well made. Having it read in 1/128’s is a little annoying because woodworking doesn’t require that kind of accuracy.
