Greater than one weekI would give these IEM 10 stars if I could. The sound and volume are fantastic BUT if anything breaks your on your own. My original cable broke because they are as thin as a tooth pick. So fragile that a slight catch on anything will sever the cable. Now these IEM have a pin out of 2 pins that are 0.75mm Type C-Pin. Trying to buy a OEM replacement IS IMPOSSIBLE. Cant buy any OEM parts for this. Now there are many replacement audio cables on Amazon that have very good ratings and are recommended for this IEM so I purchased a pair for 30 dollars. Over half the cost of the ZS10 pro itself but I went for sound quality while I was replacing them. All the reviews say the new cables work perfect. When I tried to insert the new cables I had a hard time trying to get the pins to lineup. Also the covering was too big for the IEM. I come to find out the 0.75 C-pin is not a normal setup up so most of the replacement audio cables that are recommended for this unit has a pin out of 0.78. Too big for the ZS10 that are 0.75MM. I guess some people get them to fit correctly. When I put too much pressure on the replacement audio cable I must have stretched something because now the cables keep falling out. I hole hearty recommend the quality of these units but what do you do if you need to replace a part? Dont bother asking Amazon for help. they just direct you to the 0.78 cables and talking to the seller was worse. The seller told me to call the manufacture

> 3 dayThe title says it all. I find that to be somewhat impressive at this price range. They also look pretty cool and while they dont fit me the best they also dont cause me any particular discomfort. They genuinely sound better than some stuff from reputable brands that sells for 3 or 4 times the price. Dont expect customizability or real customer service, I know I dont from this brand.

Greater than one weekGreat sound and detail for the price. With the stock tips, the bass was a little heavy for my taste. But when I changed to Comply tips, it evened out the low end. Now they are perfect. I did order a better cable although that didnt affect the sound.

> 3 dayThese IEM’s sound great. I’ve used them for about a half dozen shows. Their very lightweight and comfortable. I’ve paid $800+ for custom IEM’s that didn’t have this quality of sound. The only negative comment I have is, there is no wire adjustment on it to snug up the wires once you place them in your ears. Other than that, great product for the price.

> 3 dayThese sound amazing! However the right earbud stopped working and just sounds quiet and crunching before its even been a month. Hopefully I can get a hold of the customer service for a replacement because I love the way these sound and feel
