KZ AS10 IEM 5 Balanced Armature Driver Earphone, Stereo HiFi KZ in Ear Monitor Headphone Musician Headset with Detachable 2 Pin Cable(No Microphone, Black)

Ive been using IEM for about 3 years now, but Im also cheap and do not see why name brand IEM are $100 or more and they arent even that great. Ive used the Mee Audio Pro M6 (1st version) for the majority of the time and I must say those are decent, but I do get ear fatigue with them after a long show and the mix isnt super clear. These KZ AS10s though, just wow, very very very clear and not noticable ear fatigue yet. I still enjoy my Probably due to the balanced armatures instead of the drivers. Bass is not very punchy, but it is accurate. Watch the You Tube Channel Guns n Guitars for his review on these, his description is pretty good, probably better for singers and for audio engineers. I play a little of everything so I wanted to start with these first, theyre definitely the best IEM Ive used yet, but Ill definitely be looking into other KZs in the future for slightly more bass response.

I got these to use on my phone to listen to music and be able to make conference calls. They work great, in fact, they work so well that I also use them as in-ear-monitors with my band. I play piano and bass and these have plenty of full range response, especially on the low end, which you want for bass players. These are loud too, so be careful. I plugged this into the in-ear-monitor mixer that I share with another player, and these were so loud in comparison to the other guys ear buds that I freaked out. The cabling on these buds are fairly heavy duty, more so than other typical buds. As to fidelity, note that these have an emphasized low end. I also have a pair of Sony 9506 studio headphones and comparatively, these buds have way more bass response. So listening to music and playing in a band these work well. Overall, pretty comfortable, and good sound isolation. You wont hear anyone talking to you so be aware of your surroundings.

The sound quality is incredible. I replaced the ear tips to memory foam ear tips and WOW!!! I also have a pair of Shure 425 IEM and these at least equal in quality sound. The Shures are more comfortable but the difference in comfort is not enough for me to not recommend over the KZ AS10.

DO NOT SPEND $100-$1000 on in ears... Just buy a couple of these and youll be glad you did. I have The Shure SE535 in ears that I bought just before these and man do I feel stupid... These sound much fuller without messing with a great balanced sound. Being a drummer, I get what I need in my ears and not the shiny, glimmer of a sound from the Shures. I tell everyone who will listen that these are the real deal. Not a cheap feeling set. Just the opposite. Im super impressed with the quality, price, fit and most importantly the sound they produce.

It is just missing the clip to hang the wire to your jeans or whatever but for the rest is a goos in ear monitor the sound quality is not that much special but better than a simple headphones this is a way better than that..

Pretty hard to justify a brand like 64 Audio ($1,000+), when you can get awesome quality under $100. Great product and I’ll definitely be buying again.

Overall, I really like these earbuds and they came highly recommended by others. This is my first set of earbuds of this type, so I dont have much to compare them to. I mainly use these as a monitor in our band. After using a few times, I noticed my right earbud has static in in and has only been used a few times . The warranty card that came with the earbuds state there is a 12 month warranty, but I received no response from the email address on the card. I then emailed the seller KINBOOFI directly through amazon and Kiki has provided excellent customer service and is taking care of the issue. Overall Im very happy with them, hopefully I just received a defective earbud and will no longer have an issue. The other members of the band have been using KZ products and never had an issue, so I dont think it will be a future problem.
