I have to say L-Glutamine is not a supplement that Ive ever had in my line up. But EPN has great products and great customer service. It came quickly and you really cant beat that price either. Excited to see where it takes me as I add this to my regular supplement line up.

Preforms as expected for a Glutamine product. Mixes great and doesnt add any odd flavor to your shake. Great for digestion especially. I usually take it on an empty stomach with my morning pre workout.

I used to have a lot of cracking on my joints and I feel like since I started taking this, it has reduced a lot. and mixes really well with my collagen does not mess up the taste.

What can I say? EPN does it again! Ive tried almost every one of their products and all of them have been nothing short of exceptional. If you dont have L-Glutamine in your supplement stack then what are you doing? There are some days where I get 15-20g of Glutamine. 5 in the morning, 5 preworkout, 5 postworkout and 5 before bed. I definitely enjoy it on an empty stomach to help with gut health also. This is one of the most important amino acids out there. If you want to optimize your recovery then get this today. Mixes well and no flavor!

EPN has clean ingredients and give you an amazing number of servings per container. The containers I have received have all been filled. I love their products because of the quality I receive.
