Preforms as expected for a Glutamine product. Mixes great and doesnt add any odd flavor to your shake. Great for digestion especially. I usually take it on an empty stomach with my morning pre workout.

I dont need every supplement under the sun, but Glutamine is a supplement that I have used consistently for a very long time. One of the staples in my supplement lineup. A must have. EPNs product is quality at a good price point. Great product!

This product mixes well in water and protein shakes. No flavor to interfere with the protein flavor. Too soon to tell results with my wkouts.
