L2 R2 Trigger Hand Grip Shell Controller Protective Case for Sony PS Vita 1000 (Black)

It is a great case. Definitely needed to play playstation 4 or playstation 3 on the go on the vita plus theres just some games on the vita that benefits from the triggers. My only complaint is i feel that the hinges feel weak but when its closed up i dont see any issues. I definitely recommend this case. I just wish i could find a metal version or a stronger plastic version.

Its great, fits perfect and lets me hold the Vita way better. I think it looks cool too.

The L2 and R2 triggers work GREAT. Games that rely on them (such as the PSX game Panzer Front, while playing on vita inside Adrenaline PSP emulator) are 100% playable now. Grip is very comfortable as well. Great product and does exactly as advertised. This makes the vita the ultimate retro gaming handheld and the true “PlayStation Portable”

The shoulder triggers are great and feel exactly like a “real” r2/l2 button. Highly recommended, even though the build, particularly the front cover, is a bit flimsy. Once installed you don’t really notice it.

I definitely like that it seems like it works well the big flaw is the little tiny plastic clips that break if they had a different design it would be perfect disappointed

It was more expensive than what I would like to spend on a case but the improved ergonomics is worth it imo. Looks really good with my white vita!

I have big hand so handling a vita is pretty uncomfortable without a grip this grip fits perfectly and feels good in the hands.

This grip definitely does not deserve to be this expensive. This is a cheap Chinese product made out of cheap feeling plastic. HOWEVER, seeing as this is one of the few grips for the 1000 model that has triggers, I think its still worth the purchase. My vita fit perfectly with no issues and it feels great in the hand. I think many people have an issue with holding the Vita because of the back touch pad, but this eliminates that issue entirely. The most important thing though, is the L2 and R2 triggers. These are a GODSEND for playing PS1 titles and PS4 remote play. All these triggers do is push on the back touchpad a little, but its so much better than trying to actually use that god awful touchpad yourself. The triggers feel pretty good, theyre responsive, and Ive not had any issues with them so far. This more or less completely eliminates one of the core issues of the Vita, and for that alone I think its worth the purchase.

I got this because my dumb fingers cant hit the back touch screen triggers that are supposed to be L2 and R2, making some games impossible. For fixing that issue, this does the job incredibly well, giving me a real trigger to press. Its a little awkward to grip, but not too much to be a problem. My biggest issue would be my fingertips are constantly digging into latch at the top, and after a while it becomes almost painful to play. But it does the job I bought it to do, so I cant complain too much.
