Greater than one weekThis parasol is beautiful… but it arrived with a splintered handle. The packaging is extremely poor for a fragile item. It was shipped in a plastic Amazon envelope with no mention of its fragility. Several of the spokes were bent and the bottom of the handle was completely broken off.

> 3 dayI received my umbrella in two pieces. The was more than long enough for the umbrella however, there was no protection around the umbrella. Only a thin piece of paper was in the box. Because of the way it snapped, I am unable to glue it back together. I live in Europe so maybe you have better chances if you are in America. Would have been perfect had it not arrived broken. I needed for an event and seeing as how I live in Europe I do not have time to order a new one. I am very disappointed. I will never buy again.
