Unfortunately my son is lactose intolerant and he has a few of these before having a bowl of cereal and no issues afterwards. No cramps, bloat, diarrhea nothing. So for me this is an amazing product!! I’m sure he would say the same lol

It works, what can I say other than that. The generic/store brand also works, as long as it contains the enzyme. I only bought these as they are swallowable instead of chewable (like I want the taste of the nasty chewables right before enjoying a bite of food?).

These tablets are the real thing! Ive had so much trouble with generic brands - they simply dont work. These are the only ones Ive found that make me feel great!

Apparently I have... lactose intolerance?? I suffered with horrifying digestive issues for nine years until I discovered lactase supplements. Ive tried several. Lactaid Fast Act is the only lactase supplement Ive found that is high dose (9,000 fcc units) and doesnt contain sugar alcohols. Ive had my gall bladder removed. So, I have absolutely no tolerance for sugar alcohols. Not sure why manufacturers producing lactase supplements (designed to treat digestive issues) would bind them with a toxic substance that turns my bowels inside out. Thats just mean!! Im just glad Lactaid makes this version. Hopefully, theyll continue.

I became lactlose intolerant this last January!! The yogurt that I was eating was upsetting my stomach something fierce!! So, since then I figured out that it was that I started taking these right before I eat it, and it does the job of helping me digest it so it doesnt upset my stomach anymore. Which is GREAT, so now I have my morning yogurt, with no-problems!!! And they are the cheapest Ive found anywhere.

As I have gotten older my tolerance to dairy is not what it used to be and I would not feel great and really bloated after eating or drinking dairy. This solved all of that. I dont like the taste of lactose free milk so this really saved me as I do like dairy. BTW hard aged cheeses do not have lactose in them as it is digested in the process of being made. Just a small bit of information I learned.

A lot of people are leaving 1 star reviews simply because they dont work. If you do some research ahead of time, you will see they just simply dont work for everyone. Its likely not the products fault, its likely you. They do work for me. The pills do, however, taste pretty bad. I guess thats why you are supposed to eat them with your first bite, to dilute the taste. I also think the instructions are lacking. I assume you are supposed to chew them, but I dont know the dairy to pill ratio. I took 4 within the first 36 hours (one with each meal), and I got severe dry mouth and headaches. Since these are literally sugar pills, I guess that would make sense. I probably just over loaded on sugar.

I missed milk, and cheese, and finally figuring out that my body didnt like milk any more was a bummer. This product fixed it for me, 100%. No more cramping because I cheated and had some Pizza!!

I went so many years being sick not knowing why, my dad told me to try lactaid, and it worked! I feel better and I can eat whatever dairy products I want! Ice cream, cheese, milk... I also noticed that only this brand worked for me. I tried the Costco brand and it didn’t work. Great product

Wasnt always lactose intolerant. I can handle small amount of dairy (1-3 Tbl) when mixed with other food. That being said, these pills work for me eating 1C bowl of ice cream, whole grill cheese sandwich, pudding snack packs, box cake desserts, and store bought cookie snacks. No sprinting to the bathroom, no gas, no cramps. Im a happy camper!
