> 3 dayI get a big belly ache after I eat regular ice cream so I thought I would try this product. I tried the Lactaid ice cream before, but it wasnt for me. I have used this twice and it has worked great so far!!

> 3 dayTook 1 litre of whole milk the first day i started using these lactaid caplets and im happy to say that i didnt feel any movements or discomfort in my tummy whatsoever. I realised something was wrong o_o or more or less, right this time. lol I dont remember the last time i took so much milk and had no effects whatsoever. Ive always had bloating, random noises & some kind of weird pain in my tummy, and even diarrhea (when i take too much at a time without much solid food). These caplets have helped me so much so that since i started taking this last month, more than once ive forgotten to take some before having dairy products but ive never had any discomfort whatsoever in any of these instances. I know, o_o I was surprised too. This is just how much this supplement has been of help to me. Ive been really surprised each time i forgot to take dairy with a caplet and i experienced no effects whatsoever. (Maybe its cause i take some almost every day?) well, idk. But im just glad it works :D Only thing i regret is not buying more the first time since its pretty much impossible to get these where i live, but im definitely gonna order more before i ran out soon. I dont know why i didnt find this earlier. Seriously. My life wouldve been a whole lot easier with this. :( Ask me if ill recommend it? Well ive already started recommending this to people i come across every day whove dairy issues! :) Hope it works for them as well as it did me! ^_^

> 3 dayAs a lactose intolerant being, this product has helped me ingest many dairy products. I usually take 3 together immediately before lactose consumption and it works. I used to vomit, have abdominal cramping and diarrhea even with the smallest percentage of a milk ingredient, now I just pop 3 of these babies in my mouth and I’m good for at least 10-15 minutes. I still usually avoid dairy products for the most part but this definitely works and is great to take when you don’t know the full list of ingredients in what is given to you.

Greater than one weekThese pills work great. I have been lactose intolerant for about 4 years now, and these pills let me enjoy dairy once again. They are great for eating cheese or pastries with creme, small food made of dairy. If you want to eat ice cream or drink milk however, I would recommend taking two of the supplements, it will be much more effective. The general rule is the more creamy or liquid like the dairy source is, the more Lactaid you will have to take. Which is the only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars, but to be fair they do mention that in their packaging.

> 3 dayGetting old sucks. As a kid, i didnt have a problem with milk, but when I got to college, I couldnt handle it. While I use lactose free milk, the options of lactose free ice cream are far and few. Vegan cheese is disgusting and should be banned. Ruined a whole pizza I ordered before with vegan cheese. Thank goodness for these pills. Now I can kinda enjoy things with dairy for the most part with these. I just pop one right when I have something dairy. Sometimes I have to take two. Good stuff.

> 3 dayIm not diagnosed as lactose intolerance, Ive just noticed that milk tends to make me nauseous and sick so I stay away from it. This hasnt been a big deal except for my protein shakes- I exercise a lot- and within 5 minutes of drinking a whey protein shake I get really sick. I had to switch to egg protein- extremely expensive and hard to find- soy protein tastes nasty. A friend told me to try these pills. Just had a whey protein shake- a brand and flavor that previously made me sick- and nothing! No nausea! I feel great. Very exciting, a whole new world has been opened to me now. Definitely recommend.

> 3 dayCant live with lactaid because cheese is my life. Been taking the caplets a few years and absolutely hated the initial bite. So glad there is a chewable version. I bought this because the chewables were out of stock and i needed this for a trip. These are effective though. If you dont mind the taste, get these as I think they are a little cheaper.

> 3 dayWhy should your bacteria feed on some lactose just so you can fart. Cut it out, us modern humans have a pill for everything I love it. I can drink milk without it but I prefer not to play the tuba sometimes. I also take Beano for the many plant foods that also feed bacteria, but it dont work as well as lactase works for lactose.. and then theres gas from watermelon that only activated charcoal works too prevent and sometimes not even works but I will still eat these foods. I like this version because it doesnt have the sugar alcohol in it!

> 3 dayHaving a sensitive gut due to ulcerative colitis, one of the biggest disappointments was having to cut dairy from my diet. Lactaid, however, has allowed me to starting having my bowls of cereal again! They come in individual wrappers which, while not very environmentally conscious, are very convenient. The individuals are attached on sheets of six that are easy to drop in your bag or pocket and take with you. One, sometimes two, usually is enough to let me have milk or cheese without much consequence. This box from Amazon is also quite a bit cheaper per unit than youd find at most stores, so I usually order a box every month or two. Youll be surprised how often you have that milk and cookies or grilled cheese once you start counting out your Lactaid supply.
