> 3 dayAs I have gotten older my tolerance to dairy is not what it used to be and I would not feel great and really bloated after eating or drinking dairy. This solved all of that. I dont like the taste of lactose free milk so this really saved me as I do like dairy. BTW hard aged cheeses do not have lactose in them as it is digested in the process of being made. Just a small bit of information I learned.

Greater than one weekI drink milkshakes and I am lactose intolerant. I often forget to take these with the first sip of the milkshake but I take them as soon as I remember and they still work just fine. I take three because the milkshakes are large, 2 at he start and one more halfway through. They work great. I like the way the pills are packaged because It allows me to to put some in the kitchen and elsewhere in the house, thus making it less likely for me to forget. I prefer this method of dealing with the intolerance to lactose as opposed to buying the the Lactaid milk and ice cream. It is more convenient and I believe more cost effective as well as providing more milk based choices in flavors and quantities.

> 3 dayFor those who are slightly lactose intolerant this might be the medicine that actually makes a difference in your life. I know before eating a bowl of ice-cream I take 1-2 pills and an hour later Im not bloated or in pain from stomach cramps.

> 3 dayI’ve seemingly developed lactose intolerance to several dairy products. I suffered from bad cramping and hours of diarrhea after eating these foods. I decided to give this a try and see if it helped, and it did. Now, I just get sone very minor cramping but nothing further. The first food I tried after receiving this was baked ziti with lots of gooey cheese :) it was great to be able to enjoy it.

> 3 dayThe individually sealed pills makes this extremely easy to carry when going out to restaurants or traveling, no bottles to carry and I can slip just one in a small purse if I know I’m going to be eating creamy food with my meal. One thing I noticed is that it tends to work better with small quantities of dairy. Not sure where the threshold is, but I noticed that there was one day when I consumed a large amount of cheese throughout the day, my stomach still bothered me. Guess the amount dairy consumption overwhelmed the dosage of the pill.

> 3 dayOh how I love Lactaid. The older I get, the more I wonder how anyone can live without this stuff. It allows the lactose intolerant to enjoy ice cream without fearing that your subsequent gas will clear the building. It makes it possible to stop for pizza while on a road trip without having to ride with windows down for the rest of the day. It makes wine-and-cheese-hour possible for those who otherwise have sprint to a restroom immediately afterward. And it certainly helps with the gas cramps; we all know how miserable that can be. Buy Lactaid. Just do it. Youll thank me later.

> 3 dayI am 27 years old. Up until about two years ago I would have a glass of 2% milk with breakfast every morning(or Id have it with cereal). Suddenly I started noticing Id get a stomachache right after Id have breakfast, so after some trial and error I cut my beloved milk out. Some months later I thought Id try again, and had a glass of it with a brownie. Shortly after, I got sudden nausea that had me running for the bathroom. I accepted my new lactose intolerant fate. My friend told me about these pills and I decided to give it a try so I wouldnt have to cut out dairy(which I couldnt do anyway, I love it too much). They work like a dream as long as I remember to take them, and if I forget, the toilets are the ones that suffer the consequences. I just take one right before my first bite, anytime I think my meal has too much dairy in it. I havent had a single problem after taking them and its been about a year since I started. Will likely be buying these until the day I die.

Greater than one weekThis stuff is very effective and quick-acting for those who have an issue with lactose. Even if I take it right after (vs. before) eating something with milk products in works effectively. I generally break them in half, as I dont seem to need the full capsule. Just a note: this is not a caplet you take that is effective for a 24-hour period. It is a fast-acting formula that will need to be taken each time you eat something that could cause a lactose intolerance issue.

> 3 dayI take one pill before eating or drinking anything with dairy products in it, and no more upset stomach later. This is the best invention ever for folks with lactose intolerance!
