LAMAZE - My First Fishbowl Toy, Capture Babys Curiosity with Sea Creatures to Rattle, Squeak and Collect with Colorful Patterns, Interesting Textures and Unique Sounds, 6 Months and Older

I bought the toy based on the understanding I should be able to fill the sides with water, however, it does not seem possible to do that with the toy I received. Im quite disappointed, hence the loss of 2 stars. However, the toy itself is lovely otherwise. It is colourful, the toys either squeaky or crinkly which my daughter loves. Good quiet and interesting toy just wish the sides could fill with water as advertised.

We love the little sea creatures in this toy. This is an excellent fill and spill toy. The different creatures have different textures and sounds to them. Great colors, learning, and fun for the fill and dump stage.

So colorful and fun

This is a great toy for babies! Each piece does something different. My 2 year old loved showing my baby how to use it. My 5 month old loved it. She got it for Christmas - however less than 2 months later the crab had split down the middle. I’m (and my kids) are very disappointed! It was our favorite new toy but I would not buy as a gift since it doesn’t last.

This toy is just what a curious child loves. Its colors are attractive without being overwhelming. Its something that invites a young child to try to get into, to explore. The inhabitants have faces and theres lots to feel, and there are sounds of crinkly stuff.Putting in, pulling out, lining up, squeezing.... a lot of fun.

My 6-month-old is fascinated by this toy! The current picture is what I received (its not the one with the water in the plastic and the less colorful creatures that are in the reviewer photos), but my son seems to really love the fishbowl. The crab is his favorite; it has ribbons on the claws which are made out of a satiny fabric which crinkles. The clam has a squeaker (which he laughs at - its great for distracting him when hes crying); the goldfish has a bell; and the starfish has a fairly quiet rattle (its probably my sons least favorite of the four). The top and bottom of the bowl are a soft velvety fabric and the bowl itself is a soft, flexible fabric. Even with all 4 creatures in it, the bowl is light enough for my son to pick up and hold, and he loves to put in and take out the creatures. Well often balance it on his exersaucer for him, and it tends to hold his attention for a significant amount of time.

We bought this as a gift after it was a favorite for both my daughter and son. We have always loved Lamaze toys and even after 7 years we were happy to see the same quality in this newer purchase. The 4 little sea creatures each have their own intriguing component such as squeaking, rattling, jingling, and crinkling. The little fish bowl is great for storage as well as playing with. It is recommended for 6 months and up, we have found it is enjoyable for such a long time that it makes it a long lasting toy.
