This stand is perfect for viewing your tablet in either the horizontal or vertical mode. It lifts the tablet a couple inches above the table it’s sitting on, requiring less head tilt to read the device.

I have a 6th generation ipad which fits fine on this stand.I have a padded case with a flap on my ipad, so it makes it just a tiny bit too large to fit into the grooves that hold the ipad. However, it sits on top of them ok, so I just have to be more careful when I move it around or it can be a little unstable. Ive been able to use this successfully with my ipad sitting in portrait & landscape mode. it also works for my phone and even occasionally a small dry erase board ha. I like that you can tilt the stand for viewing and it holds well in whatever position you place it. Ive had this about 4 months and so far Im happy with it for the price.
