THIS IS A GREAT UMBRELLA!!! IT IS LIGHTWEIGHT, STURDY, AND MOST IMPORTANT EASY TO PUSH UP AND USE WHEN WHEN IT IS RAINING. YOU WANT AN UMBRELLA THAT WILL GO UP QUICKLY AND PROTECT YOU WHEN IT IS RAINING HARD. THIS UMBRELLA IS IT AND THANK GOODNESS I HAVE IT BEFORE THE NEXT STORM COMES IN!!!

This Company really cares!!!! They communicated with me very very well via email and they are good for their warranty. I bought 4 of these and do to extremely strong winds I needed to use the warranty and they are good for it!!! I recommend them.

In theory, this is a great umbrella, but in practice not so much. It opens great but if you’re getting inside a car when you close it, it doesn’t collapse the length only the head so you still have to bring the full length wet umbrella inside on your lap while it’s dripping water to manually collapse it rather than it collapsing to it’s pre-open length making it easier to just throw on the floor of the car. Also the shaft is not as sturdy as I would have liked.

The price on this is a bit more than I would usually allow myself to pay for an umbrella but I don’t regret my purchase. This design makes going in and out do the house and getting in and out do the car with umbrella so much easier! Being able to press a button to close it makes it so much easier to get inside especially after walking the dog and the wrist strap actually allows me to keep the umbrella over my head while freeing my hand to use my phone or carry something else.

Ive been using this umbrella for 3 rainy days. It does struggle a bit in the wind (dont they all?), but otherwise its great. Its not compact or small if you are hoping to tuck it into a small bag, but fits nicely in my side bag that I use for day trips. No issues so far with the open/close mechanism.

This umbrella is beautiful and sturdy and I love that it has a warranty. I had a small issue and the customer service that I received was unexpected and above and beyond. They were attentive, helpful and keen to help. They ended up replacing the umbrella which I was not expecting as I continued to use it because it still worked very well. I had to keep reminding myself that this was for an umbrella. I’ve received less helpful service from the Fruit company after spending thousands of dollars. The auto open close is convenient and I love that it inverts when closed which is perfect for getting unto public transport. I am picking up extras for my mom, sisters and my gym bag and have told everyone who will listen about the amazing product and service. Now you may think that it costs a bit much, but one of my favorite quotes (by Mark Walker) is that price is only an issue in the absence of value.

The 54” inverted umbrella from Lanbrella is exactly what I was looking for. I have a small inverted umbrella from another seller and one of the ribs broke after a couple of uses. And I learned that the small umbrella is just too small to cover me comfortably so I was shopping for a larger one. Upon receiving this umbrella, I decided to register for a life time warranty right away. A few emails went through between myself and Joey from Lanbrella Support Team and I am very impressed with the service I received from him. He efficiently and satisfactorily took care of getting the warranty registered and offered me an additional discount on the next purchase which I took advantage of immediately. Today, I was able to finally use the large umbrella and I was so pleased in every way. The umbrella is light in weight, large enough to cover two persons (6’3” & 5’3” tall), and its opening and closing button worked flawlessly. It poured so much rain that I thought the umbrella will be soaked but the umbrella was dry to touch! After an hour I touched it again thinking that the moisture would have seeped through by then but it was still dry! I don’t know how well it will survive a very windy day but Joey insured me that the warranty will cover the damage should the umbrella fail to withstand the wind. I now have two 54” umbrellas and tempted to buy other sizes as well.
