It looks great but a few of the keys just don’t work. Push a key and it may or may not read that you touched it. Hold down the shift key and it may or may not work. The shift key on the right definitely not balanced unless you press it directly in the middle. Also all the instructions were in Chinese so couldn’t get any specifics on the keyboard. Pretty useless if you can’t type effectively. I both game and write a blog so unless it can do both it’s just not functional.

UPDATE (3/08/22): Now that Ive upgraded my PC to Windows 11, the Windows Key is suddenly working. So I guess there was some sort of incompatibility with Windows 10 that troubleshooting couldnt fix. I found this out TOTALLY by accident as Id plugged this keyboard back in to use temporarily until I ordered a new one... and Im SO glad I did because Im now Im just going to use this as I really do like it a lot. Im thrilled, because its saving me $80 on a mechanical keyboard (plus who knows how much in mods) that I really dont need just for everyday at-home work. Also: the LED lights now turn off when I put my PC to sleep! So thats my two only complaints about this keyboard, randomly fixed by Windows 11. As such, Ive added a to my rating, but I cant give it a full 5 because I wish it would have just worked correctly right out of the box a month ago. It would have saved me a lot of time, effort, and money searching for another keyboard. Original review: I WFH full-time and bought this keyboard because I wanted something more aesthetically pleasing than the Redragon keyboard Ive been using for the last year-and-a-half or so. Something on the quieter side was also key because, due to the size of our home, my home office will be doubling as a nursery starting about 3 months from now. I did a ton of shopping around and landed on this keyboard (after ordering and subsequently returning a smaller, typewriter style mechanical keyboard) as its marketed as quiet and has the look I was going for. When it arrived, I was SUPER excited and knew it was the keyboard for me before I even plugged it in. It looked beautiful even in the box and I agree that it is quiet, with the exception of the space bar being a little bit louder (but that seems to be an issue with most keyboards). So, I plugged it in... and quickly found that the Windows key didnt work. I tried every possible fix I could find, and sadly came to the conclusion that the keyboard itself was defective. So I initiated a return, and the company offered to refund me my money without sending the keyboard back. It was a nice gesture, but I sort of wish I would have just returned it, because now I have a defective keyboard just laying around. Something else I noticed: the keyboard would not turn off when I put my computer to sleep. The RGB lights would remain on, all throughout the night. I dont know if this was intentional or another defect with the keyboard I received.

So far, so good! It’s very cute & the typing sound is pleasing to my ears. I did not have an issue with the space bar like others did but overall, it is a matter of personal preference & how picky you are about things. It is a little more springy than the other keys & sometimes you do hear a little “boing” sound. It is also very lightweight which makes it great if you’re on the go. While I will not use this keyboard for gaming, I have used it for work & will eventually use it for school. I think it’s a great keyboard if you’re on a budget but want to have that colorful gamer aesthetic!

I just got this keyboard out of the box today. I love the look of it. It is well lit. The light does not bother me. I am sitting in the dark writing this and I have no problem seeing this keyboard. I have played a game and found that when I hit two or even three keys at the same time they all register. There have been a few times when something didnt register, but that may have been me not hitting the key well. I still need to get used hitting the keys at the same time. My only complaint is that the C key seems glitchy. Sometimes it does not register. Other times it registers 2 of them. I may return this keyboard for this reason. I saw a review that said this keyboard did not have lights to let you know that the Caps Lock (Cs glitched on both of those strokes) or numbers lock is on. It DOES HAVE LIGHTS. Not in the usual place but aligned vertically next to the Pause key. The Keyboard is not silent. I do think it is quieter than my old key board. I returned the keyboard to Kohls on Saturday night and my new keyboard was delivered Sunday. All the keys on my new keyboard seem to be working fine.

I write for a living, and as a result, my keyboards get a workout! This keyboard is not as quiet as I had hoped, but I love the beautiful illumination, silver base, and white keys. I havent tried to remove any keys for cleaning, but I love how easy it is to clean, even without removing the keys. I have a little brush that is designed for cleaning between keys, and these keys are beautifully spaced to allow for it. I saw a lot of reviews that mentioned that people dont like the springs under the spacebar, but I am not at all bothered by it. I dont anything distinct about the spacebar.

I love this keyboard. It can be a little noisy, but if you type smoothly you should not see a problem with that. Typing from it right now actually. I do notice a few faults, but Im not sure if they are intentional or not. A few keys look almost incomplete, but I believe that is just the mechanical feel that they were going for. I really adore the layout and design, though the commands for the F# keys are questionable. When my Caps Lock is turned on, I cannot tell. Personally I enjoy a keyboard with some form of indication for that, but thats just my preference. Overall decent quality and loving it so far.

Its a pretty good keyboard overall. The keys arent as soft as some gaming keyboards Ive owned but it does the trick for normal typing. What annoys me the most is how much the spacebar squeaks with each press. There are springs underneath the button and I can tune out the squeaking at times but sometimes its just overwhelming and hard to ignore. I only took off one star for that because it doesnt affect me if Im typing with headphones on but I know quite a few people would be bothered by the noise. Other than that, havent had any issues after daily use. No key sticking and the colorful lights brighten up my workspace.

Had to get a replacement on the first order bc the space bar didnt work. Then this one, after one day of use, is super loud and clacky (unlike the description says quiet).

This is my first gaming keyboard. Ive almost always owned Microsoft branded keyboards and usually wireless. I bought this fort the lighted keys and for the fact that its wired because its alot more reliable than wireless. 1) I like the colorful backlit keys. Theres Green, Orange, Blue, Purple and Red across the keyboard. I only wish there was a way to configure the lights. Its bright enough to be noticeable during the day and its nicely illuminates my work desk at night. 2) The overall design of the keyboard is pretty streamline in that its efficient and doesnt take up alot of unnecessary space. 3) Theres a good amount of travel / movement when the keys are depressed, so it feels good. Ive never tried a mechanical keyboard before but I imagine this would be similar. 4) The length of the cable is pretty standard. A bit longer than I needed it to be so i wired tied it.

All the light functions seem to be controlled by a combination of the Fn key, the menu/app key (to the right of the Fn key) and the Page Up/Down keys. The spacebar has two springs on it so it makes a tinny sound when pressed. The keys also shift around a bit which makes it much easier to accidently press and adjacent key, especially if you dont touch type. If you type a lot youre going to find yourself correcting your typing and taking out extra letters and symbols a lot. The third problem is the typeset theyve used on the keys. It makes it very hard to work out what some of the keys are. For example dash key has the symbols side to side instead of on top of one another (which is supposed to represent shifted and unshifted characters) and the $ is very small compared to other characters. The font letters for D, B O P Q and A are quite hard to read, (even worse if the keyboard is in color breathe mode. Also, it might not be a deal-breaker for some, but the cable is a bit shorter than any other keyboard Ive used.
