I ordered this hole saw to cut holes for speakers in my boat. It worked great.

Worked as advertised! Effective at cutting thru wood, hard plastics and even rubber.

Not recommended for cutting into ridged sheets of metal. Cuts very uneven. We probably should have used something different.

My other hole saws attach and detach quickly from the mandrel. This saw is rather complex which I assume is to make everything lock tightly. It came with a retaining ring which was difficult to remove even with two sets of pliers. Finally got it off. Does that go back on after assembly. Who knows? There were no instructions, I had to look at the pics in the ad to make sure I was connecting everything correctly. . Those aligning pins were a pain to install. Havent used in on my drill press yet. A short video or instructions would have helped.

I used this to cut holes in 3/4 inch plywood. Cut nice and clean. After 40 holes still cutting like new. As good as big brand name I recommend it

This hole saw barely drilled 1hole out of 8. Good thing my buddy had a set that drilled the remaining holes with no trouble. Very disappointed!

Disappointed to receive a used blade. Nowhere on the description said that I would be buying someone elses return.

It will do the work 100% perfectly if you have the right drill.
