Its the perfect size to hold everything he needs and has some extra hidden pockets that are great for things like money and umbrellas. His chromebook has its own pocket with extra padding to help protect it as well.

Greater than one weekThis is a great backpack. I have been using it for the past few months with very little sign of usage. Zippers are well stitched are seem strong. The shoulder straps have a good amount of cushion and are comfortable on longer carry times. It holds my 17 laptop, accessories and a laptop cooler (about 1.5 to 2 tall) with room to spare. I used this to carry my laptop on my motorcycle. Would I buy this again? Yes absolutely.

> 3 dayThis backpack can hold a decent amount, but the straps make any amount over 2lbs a severe shoulder-risk. These straps are so bad, they fold in, are not thick at all, and just generally do not allow you to comfortably carry anything more than a small amount - which completely defeats the point of many of the sales aspects! Save your money for another, better cheap product that at least understands 40% of human anatomy.

> 3 dayI have a large screen laptop and this has a great padded pocket that allows me to carry my laptop with no problem. All of the pouches are very useful and individually easily accessible. The zippers and material are excellent quality. The security pocket on the lower backside is very useful for important documents and allows you to wear the backpack on your back without worrying that someone is able to get these documents. Having the two water bottles on the outside is very handy for hiking/walking. If you use this for traveling as a tourist, you will be very happy with how the designers seem to have thought about your every need.
