I originally ordered this in pink, and was disappointed that the color wasnt the muted, orchid-y pink from the picture, but a brighter carnation kind of pink. Not flourescent or pepto-y, but definitely not subtle. Otherwise, it was a lovely bag, and as promised. Sturdy, stylish, lots of storage options. I reordered the purple (which I was also considering) and it arrived as pictured, with all of the great attributes listed above. Both bags also came in a protective sleeve to protect it from damage during shipping, which was a nice touch.

Bag is roomy, professional-looking, and I have already received compliments on it. When the zipper broke, I contacted the company and they replaced it right away.

Packaged in a nice box within another box. Wrapped up in cloth and areas protected in plastic! It also came with a nice Thank you letter as well with instructions on how to return it if there were any flaws or if you were not happy with the product. The color was very exactly what I wanted! I got this to hold my mothers new laptop but also so she wouldnt have to carry multiple bags - it acts like a purse and laptop bag. She loves it, which is really all that matters.

At first I wasnt sure I was going to keep this bag because I found it kind of stiff, not like my other one that I was replacing, and also it looked very large on me. But I gave it a try and have been using it for a few days, and I am liking it more each day. The shoulder strap is very handy when my hands are full, and the two hand-held handles are also great to grab the bag when it is sitting on the floor of my car. It has nice padding inside for a laptop, and fits a large sized computer design sheet (which I have to carry with me). I have found that the stiffness is a positive attribute, since the bag stands up straight and doesnt fall over, keeping all the contents inside secure and upright. The bag also looks very stylish, so even though it might look too big for me while it is on my shoulder (which is only for a short time while walking to/from my car), I am ok with it looking nice when it sits in my office.
