Greater than one weekThis item is made out of aluminum, and it was easy to install using the included hardware and allen wrench. I am using this for my 15 Macbook Pro, but you could assemble the stand so that the arms are closer together for a smaller device too. This wouldnt look as aesthetically pleasing as it does currently with the arms spread all the way apart, but it can be done.

> 3 dayThis laptop stand was the first one I ever purchased and Im not disappointed with my purchase! Its sturdy and fits a wide variety of laptop sizes since its just placing it on top of it. The only thing Im not sure of is how well it will hold with heavier laptops since mine was light and thin. Also, the height/width of this one cant be adjusted, so its always set at the same height. Regardless, it helped with my neck pain from looking down at the laptop.
