> 3 dayThis is a pretty simple stand and does the job, but its not very steady. The cross piece doesnt fit snugly into the side pieces, it just sort of lays on top so it comes apart with the slightest movement. As long as you dont bump into it, it works ok.

Greater than one weekDue to the price, thought that this was going to be a flimsy, cheap stand. Wrong. Nice brushed, thick aluminum with better quality pads. Pads both for table-top, and completely along the arms which hold your laptop (even the end curve). No scratches. Fit and finish are excellent. No burrs or nicks. Edges clean. Base (front) bar is adjustable to your size of laptop. Impressed. Got value for my money.
