Large Premium Knit Baby Swaddle Receiving Blanket Piper by Copper Pearl

Soooo soft and stretchy! Can’t wait to use it for newborn pics in the hospital!

I loved this swaddle for my daughter. It’s soft and light, a nice swaddle for a spring baby. The stretch meant that I could swaddle her tightly, but not feel like I was placing her in a straight jacket. The colors are cute, but quite muted. Definitely unisex appropriate. And simple square swaddles like this one are fantastic multipurpose items also good for light blankets, sun shade, burp cloths, and nursing privacy.

Somebody gifted my baby girl with this brand of blanket when she was born and I fell in love with it. It’s soft and stretchy and lightweight. It’s seriously perfect. So when I found out I was pregnant again, I knew we needed to order another one for my son. It arrived earlier than expected and is just as soft as the first one we got (which is still in good shape, my husband just wanted our son to not have a purple flowered blanket). I recommend it to all my mom friends. Seriously, if you want a good quality blanket for swaddling, this is the brand to use!

Size, quality, and function all deserve 5 stars, as expected from this brand. My lowered rating is specific to the print. The “sand” colored stripe almost looks as if the edges “bled” and there’s a yellow-ish highlight that lines that stripe. What a bummer. Maybe it’s just a defect? I thought maybe I wouldn’t notice it unless it is close up but it’s ALL I see when I look at the blanket. Wish I would’ve just returned and chosen another pattern!
